    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university offers various types of hostel rooms to accommodate students from different backgrounds and preferences. Room categories include single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy options.

    Room Types:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹15000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹10000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹7500 per semester

    Mess billing follows a monthly system where students pay in advance for meals. The mess charges include breakfast, lunch, and dinner with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.

    Mess Charges:

    • Vegetarian Meal Plan: ₹1500 per month
    • Non-Vegetarian Meal Plan: ₹2000 per month

    Rebate policies are available for students who miss meals due to academic commitments or health issues, subject to approval by the hostel authority.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession on tuition fees and hostel charges.

    Application Process:

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Students are required to complete fee payment within the stipulated deadline to avoid late fees and potential disqualification from classes. Payment can be made through:

    • Net banking facilities
    • Bank challan submission

    Late Fee Charges:

    • For payments after 15th day: ₹1000 per semester
    • For payments after 30th day: ₹2000 per semester

    Refund Policy:

    1. Students can apply for refund within one month of withdrawal from the program.
    2. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and hostel accommodation fees.
    3. Full refund is not granted if the student has availed any scholarship or concession.
    4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 60 days of application submission.
