    Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: This covers instruction, academic resources, access to library services, and administrative support for the entire duration of the program. It is divided into semesters and collected at the beginning of each term.

Hostel Rent: The hostel accommodation fee includes room rent, utilities (electricity, water), maintenance charges, and security services. Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms depending on availability and preferences.

Mess Advance: A fixed advance amount is collected for meal expenses during the semester. This covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by the university's mess facility. Any surplus or deficit at the end of the semester is adjusted accordingly.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies, providing emergency assistance when needed. Contributions are minimal but crucial for maintaining a supportive campus environment.

Medical Fees: Includes coverage for routine checkups, basic treatments, and access to on-campus health services. Additional medical expenses beyond this are borne by the student.

Gymkhana Fees: Covers membership fees for gymnasium facilities, recreational activities, sports events, and cultural programs organized by the university.

Examination Fees: These fees cover administrative costs associated with conducting examinations, including evaluation, result processing, and transcript issuance.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university maintains several hostels for both male and female students, each equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable living experience. Room types vary based on occupancy:

    • Single Occupancy Room: Rs 50,000/year
    • Double Occupancy Room: Rs 40,000/year
    • Triple Occupancy Room: Rs 35,000/year

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, with students paying an advance amount that is adjusted at the end of the month based on consumption. Meals are served three times daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.

    • Transfer to Another Institution: Refund is issued subject to approval from both institutions involved.
