Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single, double, or triple occupancy rooms with amenities such as internet connectivity, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: Covers meals during the academic year, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. The mess billing system is based on monthly consumption and includes a prepayment requirement.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students in financial distress or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to build a supportive community environment.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services, including consultations with doctors, laboratory tests, and emergency treatments.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments for the MBA program must be made before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline. Students are advised to make payments using net banking, debit cards, or credit cards.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program within the first month of admission. A processing fee of ₹1000 is deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance is credited back to the student's account within 30 working days.

For students who wish to transfer to another institution, a detailed application form must be submitted along with supporting documents. Refunds are processed according to the university's guidelines and are subject to approval by the administration.
