Tuition Fee: Covers instruction and administrative costs for all core and elective courses throughout the program duration.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation charges for on-campus housing facilities. Rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy options with varying amenities.

Mess Advance: A one-time payment covering initial mess expenses for the first month of stay. This amount is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of each month.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies, including medical emergencies and academic setbacks.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided within campus clinics. Additional medical expenses beyond this amount must be borne by the student.

Gymkhana Fees: Fund for maintaining gymnasium facilities, sports equipment, and recreational activities on campus.

Examination Fees: Covers examination scheduling, question paper preparation, and evaluation costs associated with assessments conducted during the academic year.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facility offers a comfortable living environment for students with multiple room types available:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹10,000/month with private bathroom and Wi-Fi.
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹7,000/month with shared bathroom and common Wi-Fi access.
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹5,000/month with shared bathroom and basic amenities.

Mess billing is calculated based on the number of meals consumed daily. Students can choose from multiple mess options offering vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines. Monthly bills are generated after deducting pre-paid advances.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Several financial assistance schemes are available for deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible candidates with income below ₹2 lakh/year.
    • EWS Category: 50% discount on tuition fees for families earning between ₹2-4 lakh/year.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): Partial concession of up to 30% based on family income and academic merit.

To apply for these benefits, students must submit relevant documents such as caste certificates, income proof, and Aadhaar cards. The application process is conducted online through the institution's portal with submission deadlines aligned with semester enrollment dates.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid before the start of each semester to ensure uninterrupted access to academic resources and hostel facilities. Payments can be made via net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft drawn on nationalized banks.

Late payments attract a monthly penalty of ₹1,000. Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to proper documentation and approval by the finance department.
