    Hostel & Mess Charges

Our hostel facilities are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Hostels offer single and double occupancy rooms with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24/7 security.

Mess charges include daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The billing system operates monthly with deductions from the advance payment made at the beginning of each semester.

Rebate policies are available for students who leave campus during certain periods or those staying in hostels on weekends. These rebates are calculated based on actual usage and documented through proper records.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer various financial assistance options to eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Students: 100% waiver on tuition fee
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fee

The application process for financial aid involves submitting necessary documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and academic records. Eligibility is reviewed by the financial aid committee before disbursal.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made within 7 days of the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared. Refunds are processed according to university guidelines upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of fees already incurred.

The payment procedures are designed to be convenient and transparent, with online options available for digital transactions. Students receive detailed receipts and confirmations via email or SMS after successful payments.
