    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university provides several financial aid options to deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible candidates receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and 50% reduction in hostel charges
    • EWS Category: 75% waiver on tuition fees and 25% reduction in hostel charges
    • MCM (Meritorious Children of Merit Students): Full waiver on tuition fees and partial concession in hostel charges

    Eligibility for these concessions is determined based on income slabs and academic performance. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Fees can be paid via net banking, debit/credit card, or demand draft. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to avoid late fees. Late payments attract a penalty of 1% per month on outstanding balances.

    In case of withdrawal, refund policies apply as follows:

    • Withdrawal within one month: 90% refund
    • Withdrawal between one and three months: 70% refund
    • Withdrawal after three months: No refund

    All refunds are processed within 45 working days upon submission of valid documentation. The university reserves the right to withhold refunds if any dues remain unpaid.
