    • Withdrawal Before First Semester: Full refund minus administrative charges of INR 5,000
    • Withdrawal After First Semester: Refund of tuition fee minus one semester's rent and hostel charges
    • Transfer to Another Institution: Refund of remaining fees after deducting applicable charges

    The refund process typically takes 30 working days from the date of application submission. Students must submit a formal withdrawal letter along with supporting documents for processing refunds.
