The total cost of the Emergency Planning program at Institute of Land and Disaster Management is structured over four years, with each semester charged separately. The following table outlines the fee components for each semester:

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in campus-hostels with shared facilities such as bathrooms, common areas, and laundry services.

Mess Advance: A pre-paid monthly amount for meals provided through the Institute's mess facility. This is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution used to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their studies.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services and emergency medical assistance available through the Institute's medical center.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The Institute offers multiple hostel options to accommodate students based on their preferences and budgets. Hostel rooms vary in size and amenities, ranging from single occupancy to 6-bedded shared rooms.

Mess charges are calculated monthly and depend on the number of meals consumed. The billing system is transparent, with detailed records maintained for each student. Rebate policies apply to students who attend special events or study abroad programs.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The Institute provides several financial aid options for eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver applicable for students belonging to these categories with verified certificates.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee for EWS students.
• MCM (Married Children of Military Personnel): 25% discount on total fees, subject to verification.

Eligibility criteria are strictly enforced, and applications must be submitted along with supporting documents. The scholarship committee reviews all applications annually based on merit and financial need.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees or disqualification from registration. Payment methods include online banking, NEFT, RTGS, and cash at the Institute's designated counters.

Late fees are charged at 5% per month on outstanding balances. Refund policies apply in cases of withdrawal, with deductions made for administrative costs and hostel charges depending on the reason for withdrawal.
