    Application Process

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    • Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within one week of admission or semester commencement to avoid late fees
    • Late Fee Calculation: 5% late fee applied for payments beyond the deadline, with maximum cap at INR 10,000
    • Refund Rules:
      • Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the program
      • Full refund available for withdrawals before the first month of study
      • Partial refund applicable for withdrawals after one month but before mid-semester
      • No refunds issued after mid-semester unless due to exceptional circumstances approved by the administration
