    Detailed Fee Components

    Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources including lectures, laboratory sessions, study materials, and faculty mentorship. It is fixed annually and reflects the quality of instruction and facilities provided by the university.

    Hostel Rent

Students are required to pay hostel rent for accommodation during their studies. The hostel provides secure, comfortable living spaces with essential amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

    Mess Advance

The mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover food expenses. Students can adjust their bills monthly based on actual consumption, ensuring fair billing practices.

    Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to create a supportive community environment.

    Medical Fees

Annual medical fees cover access to university health services, including consultations with doctors and nurses, basic treatments, and emergency care during the academic year.

    Gymkhana Fees

The gymkhana fee provides access to recreational facilities such as gyms, sports grounds, and cultural centers. These amenities promote physical fitness and holistic development among students.

    Examination Fees

Each examination session incurs an examination fee to cover administrative costs associated with conducting tests, evaluating answer scripts, and issuing results.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers several hostel options catering to different preferences and budgets:

    • AC Hostels: Fully air-conditioned rooms with individual study spaces and shared common areas.
    • Non-AC Hostels: Standard rooms with basic amenities including fans, beds, and wardrobes.
    • Mixed-Gender Hostels: Shared accommodation for male and female students with separate wings and security measures.

The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle where students receive meals at fixed rates. Dietary options include vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets for religious or health reasons. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or during certain periods.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
