Hostel & Mess Charges

• Non-AC Hostels: Shared rooms without air conditioning but equipped with basic amenities. Rent is INR 28,000 per semester.
• Private Rooms: Individual accommodation with additional amenities such as personal study space and Wi-Fi. Rent ranges from INR 45,000 to 60,000 per semester.

Mess charges are fixed at INR 30,000 for the entire semester and include three meals a day. The mess operates on a prepaid system where students pay an advance and are refunded based on actual consumption.

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 100% concession on tuition fees and a 50% reduction in hostel rent. Income slabs are as follows: Below INR 2,00,000 for annual income.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections get a 50% concession on tuition fees and a 30% reduction in hostel rent. Eligibility is based on an annual income of below INR 4,00,000.
• MCM (Meritorious Class Merit): Merit-based scholarships for top performers in the qualifying examination. Students scoring above 90% receive a full waiver of tuition fees and a 50% discount on hostel rent.

The application process for these benefits involves submitting relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, or disability certificates through the official portal.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft. The payment deadline is typically within 15 days of admission confirmation.

Late Fee Calculation: A late fee of INR 1,000 per day is charged if payments are not made by the due date.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal or completion of studies. The refund includes all components except examination fees and a processing charge of 5% of the total fee paid.
