Refunds are processed according to established rules when students withdraw from the program or transfer to another institution. Refund eligibility depends on completion status and adherence to withdrawal procedures.

Students must submit formal requests for refunds along with supporting documents including withdrawal forms, medical certificates (if applicable), and bank account details. Refund processing time ranges from 30 to 60 working days depending on documentation completeness.
