Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and access to digital libraries. Fees are adjusted annually based on inflation and infrastructure costs.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in single or shared rooms with amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and laundry services. Different room types are available based on comfort levels and budget considerations.

Mess Advance: Covers meals during the academic year. The mess billing system includes daily meal charges, monthly advances, and rebates for students staying outside campus.

Student Benevolent Fund: A fund dedicated to supporting students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to foster community support.

Medical Fees: Covers medical check-ups, emergency care, and health-related services within the campus. Students are advised to maintain health insurance for comprehensive coverage.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports recreational activities, sports facilities, and cultural events on campus. Includes access to gyms, swimming pools, and organized fitness programs.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting exams, including question paper preparation, invigilation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various hostel options to accommodate students from different backgrounds. Room types include single occupancy, double occupancy, and triple occupancy shared rooms. Each room comes equipped with essential amenities such as bed, study table, chair, wardrobe, and internet connectivity.

Mess charges are structured based on daily meal plans, with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. Students can choose between monthly or weekly billing cycles, allowing flexibility in managing their expenses.

Rebate policies are available for students who stay outside campus during certain periods, such as during internships or family visits. These rebates are processed automatically based on attendance records and leave applications.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial aid options to ensure equitable access to education:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive full fee waivers or partial concessions based on income slabs.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive 50% concession in tuition fees.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): Certain minority communities may qualify for additional financial support.

Application processes involve submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. Eligibility criteria are reviewed annually to ensure fair distribution of benefits.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid before the commencement of each semester. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable beyond specified dates. Students can make payments through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT transfers.

In case of withdrawal from the program, a refund policy applies based on the timing and reason for withdrawal:

• Withdrawal before 15 days: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Withdrawal between 15-30 days: Refund of 75% of total fees.
• Withdrawal after 30 days: Refund of 50% of total fees.

The official refund rules include deductions for administrative costs, hostel charges, and any outstanding dues. Students must submit a formal withdrawal request along with supporting documents to initiate the refund process.
