    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • Single Occupancy Rooms: INR 60,000/year for a single bedded room with attached bathroom.
    • Double Occupancy Rooms: INR 50,000/year for two students sharing a room with shared bathroom.
    • Triple Occupancy Rooms: INR 40,000/year for three students sharing a room with shared bathroom.

    The mess billing system operates monthly and includes meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students are billed based on their consumption, and refunds are processed if excess amounts are paid. Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds during vacation periods or when they temporarily leave campus.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Several financial aid options are available for eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for SC/ST students with income below INR 1.5 lakhs/year.
    • EWS Category: 50% fee concession for EWS students with income between INR 1.5 lakhs and 4 lakhs/year.
    • MCM (Married Child of a Merit Scholar): 25% fee concession for MCM students with income below INR 2 lakhs/year.

    Applications for fee concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents, including caste certificates, income proofs, and family income declarations. The application process is conducted annually through the student portal.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments are due by the specified deadlines each semester:

    • Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid before the start of the semester to avoid late fees.
    • Late Fee Calculations: A daily penalty of 0.5% is applied after the deadline, capped at a maximum of INR 1,000 per month.
    • Refund Rules: Refunds are processed upon withdrawal from the institution and subject to verification of documents. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with proper justification and approval from relevant authorities.
