    Detailed Fee Components

The following components contribute to the overall fee structure:

    • Tuition Fee: This is the primary component covering instruction, curriculum development, and administrative support for the program.
    • Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges are levied for students residing on campus. The rent varies based on room type and amenities provided.
    • Mess Advance: A fixed amount is collected as advance towards monthly meal expenses at the university mess facility.
    • Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies during their academic journey.
    • Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus medical services and health check-ups for all enrolled students.
    • Gymkhana Fees: Supports physical fitness programs, sports activities, and recreational facilities available to students.
    • Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting end-of-semester examinations and grading.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options for students, each with varying amenities and pricing:

    • AC Single Room: ₹15,000 per semester (inclusive of utilities and internet)
    • Non-AC Single Room: ₹12,000 per semester (inclusive of basic utilities)
    • AC Shared Room (2-3 persons): ₹9,000 per semester (inclusive of utilities and internet)
    • Non-AC Shared Room (2-3 persons): ₹7,000 per semester (inclusive of basic utilities)

The mess facility operates on a monthly billing system with meals provided at competitive rates. Students are required to pay a monthly advance towards their meal expenses, which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals during certain periods, such as during internships or special academic projects. These rebates are processed after verification by the hostel authorities.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance schemes to eligible students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver for students belonging to these categories. Eligibility verified through caste certificates or disability certificates.
    • EWS Category: 50% fee concession for economically weaker sections. Income certificate required from local authorities.
    • MCM (Maiden Child Mother): Full fee waiver for single mothers enrolled in the program. Documentation required includes marriage certificate, birth certificate, and income certificate.

The application process for financial aid involves submission of relevant documents through the online portal within the first month of admission. Students must also undergo verification by the finance department and provide additional information if requested.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments are made through the university's online payment gateway, which accepts credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI transfers. Each semester, students receive a detailed fee statement via email outlining due amounts and payment deadlines.

Late fees are calculated at 5% of the outstanding amount per month for overdue payments beyond the deadline. Students can avoid late fees by making timely payments or applying for an extension through the finance office.

Upon withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for a refund of tuition fees after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues. Refunds are processed within 30 working days of submission of the withdrawal form and supporting documents.
