    Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, laboratory sessions, access to digital resources, and faculty services. This is the primary component of the annual fee structure.

Hostel Rent: Charges vary based on room type and amenities provided. Single occupancy rooms cost more than shared accommodations but offer greater privacy and comfort.

Mess Advance: A fixed amount paid upfront to cover meal expenses for the semester. This ensures students have access to nutritious meals without recurring financial burdens.

Student Benevolent Fund: Contributes to student welfare activities, scholarships, and emergency assistance programs.

Medical Fees: Covers healthcare services available on campus including consultations, diagnostic tests, and basic treatments.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports facilities, fitness programs, and recreational activities that promote holistic development.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting examinations and issuing certificates.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel accommodation offers single, double, and triple occupancy rooms equipped with basic amenities including beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity. Students can opt for air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned rooms based on availability and preferences.

Mess billing follows a monthly system where students are charged according to the number of meals consumed. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with vegetarian options available at all times. Special dietary arrangements such as lacto-vegetarian or non-vegetarian can be accommodated upon request.

Rebate policies allow students who do not consume meals on certain days to receive partial refunds. These rebates are calculated monthly and applied to the next billing cycle.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Scholarships are available for SC/ST/PwD students based on income slabs ranging from below Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakhs annually. Eligible students receive up to 100% waiver on tuition fees.

EWS students with family income between Rs 1-3 lakhs qualify for partial waivers of up to 50% on tuition fees.

MCM (Minority Community Member) students are eligible for a 25% concession on hostel rent and mess charges, subject to verification of documentation.

The application process involves submission of relevant documents including income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and academic records. Applications must be submitted within specified deadlines each year.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees can be paid online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI transfers. Alternatively, payments can be made through bank drafts or demand drafts at designated university branches.

Payments must be completed before the start of the semester to avoid late fees and academic disruptions. Late fee charges are 1% per month on outstanding balances.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to official university policies. Refunds are typically credited within 60 days after formal submission of withdrawal forms and verification of records.
