    Fee Components Explained

    Tuition Fee

    Gymkhana Fees

    Examination Fees

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline. Students are encouraged to use online payment gateways for convenience and security.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the university, refunds are processed based on the following policy:

    • Withdrawal before 15 days of admission: 90% refund
    • Withdrawal between 16-30 days of admission: 70% refund
    • Withdrawal after 30 days of admission: No refund

    Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal request and supporting documents.
