    Fee Components Explanation

    Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources, including lectures, seminars, workshops, and digital libraries. It also includes access to the university's learning management system and online course materials.

    Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided in separate blocks for male and female students. The rent varies based on room type and amenities. Students can choose between single occupancy rooms, shared rooms with two occupants, and triple occupancy rooms.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Rebate policies allow students to apply for partial or full refunds if they are absent for more than 10 days during a semester. Applications must be submitted before the end of the semester with supporting documents.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    The university offers various fee waivers and concessions to deserving students based on income slabs and category-wise reservations:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver of tuition fees and hostel charges
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver of tuition fees and 25% waiver of hostel charges
    • MCM (Minority Community): 25% waiver of tuition fees

    Eligibility criteria for scholarships include academic excellence, financial need, and extracurricular achievements. Students must submit applications along with supporting documents such as income certificates, academic transcripts, and recommendation letters.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, or by generating challans at the university's payment gateway. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until the balance is cleared.

    The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before the completion of the semester. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and supporting documents.

    Students who complete the academic year without any financial obligations will receive a full refund of all fees paid, except for the examination fee which is non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of submission of the withdrawal request.
