    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance schemes to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include income slabs, family size, and category-wise reservations.

SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition fees and a 50% reduction in hostel charges.

EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 75% fee waiver on tuition fees and a 25% reduction in hostel charges.

MCM (Most Backward Class): Students from MCM categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver on tuition fees and a 10% reduction in hostel charges.

The application process involves submitting relevant documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and domicile proofs. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee, and successful candidates are notified via email and SMS.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students must ensure that payments are completed before the deadline to avoid late fees.

Late fee charges are calculated at 5% of the total fee amount for each week of delay beyond the due date. Payments received after one month are subject to additional penalties and may require approval from the finance department.

Refunds are processed in accordance with university guidelines upon withdrawal or discontinuation of studies. The refund policy states that 90% of the paid fees will be refunded within six weeks of submission of withdrawal forms, provided all dues are settled and no academic issues remain unresolved.

Students who withdraw from the program after completing one semester are eligible for a partial refund of tuition fees, while hostel charges and other non-refundable components are retained as per university policy.
