Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full exemption from hostel charges.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 25% waiver on tuition fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees are to be paid through online banking or NEFT transfer to the university account. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable for delayed payments beyond the stipulated period. Late fees are calculated at 1% per month on outstanding amounts.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies apply according to university regulations. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of formal requests and necessary documentation. Withdrawals before the completion of the first semester may result in partial refunds, while those after the second semester typically yield a nominal refund amount.
