    Hostel & Mess Charges

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Refunds are processed within 30 working days upon submission of all required documents and approval by the finance department. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with a valid reason, and the refund amount is adjusted based on the number of semesters completed.
