    Fee Components Explained

    Hostel Rent: Hostels are available for all students and provide a safe and conducive environment for learning. The rent includes basic amenities like bed, study table, chair, and Wi-Fi.

    Mess Advance: A monthly advance towards meals provided in the campus mess facility. Students can adjust their accounts based on consumption.

    Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies during their academic tenure.

    Medical Fees: Covers medical services available at the campus health center for basic healthcare needs.

    Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and recreational activities on campus, including access to gym facilities and sports equipment.

    Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting exams, grading, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The hostel accommodations are categorized into different types based on comfort and amenities:

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹20,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹15,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹12,000 per semester

    The mess facility provides three meals daily with a diverse menu. Students pay a monthly advance which is adjusted at the end of each month based on consumption.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Financial aid is available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds or those with special circumstances:

    • SC/ST/PwD: 100% fee waiver based on valid certificates.
    • EWS: 50% fee concession upon verification of income certificate.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% discount on tuition fee.

    Application for fee waivers must be submitted with supporting documents. The process involves verification by the administrative office and approval from the scholarship committee.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid within the first week of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1000 per day. Students who fail to pay on time may face suspension of academic privileges.

    In case of withdrawal, refunds are processed according to the following policy:

    • Full refund if withdrawn before the start of the semester
    • 75% refund if withdrawn within one month of commencement
    • 50% refund if withdrawn between one and three months
    • No refund beyond three months

    The refund process takes approximately 30 days after submission of the withdrawal request.
