    Each component of the fee structure serves a specific purpose in supporting student welfare and academic excellence:

    • Gymkhana Fees: Funds sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational events that promote physical wellness among students.
    • Examination Fees: Covers costs related to conducting exams, evaluating papers, and issuing transcripts and certificates.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university operates several hostels catering to different preferences and budgets. Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy options, with varying rent charges:

    • Single Occupancy Room: INR 45,000 per semester (includes all amenities)
    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 38,000 per semester (shared facilities)
    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 32,000 per semester (shared facilities)
    • Quad Occupancy Room: INR 28,000 per semester (shared facilities)

    Mess charges are fixed at INR 20,000 per semester and include three meals daily. Students can opt for different meal plans based on their dietary preferences or restrictions.

    The university also offers rebate policies for students who maintain excellent academic records or participate in extracurricular activities. These rebates are reviewed annually and applied to the next semester's fees.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    To ensure financial accessibility, the university provides various scholarships and fee concessions based on merit, need, and other qualifying factors:

    • Merit-Based Scholarships: Awarded to top-performing students with a minimum CGPA of 9.0 or above in Class 12th.
    • Need-Based Concessions: Available for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, with family income below INR 2 lakhs per annum.
    • SC/ST/PwD Concessions: Reduced fees for students belonging to reserved categories as per government guidelines.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments must be made online using debit/credit cards or net banking. Late payments incur a penalty fee of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline. The university provides multiple payment options including EMIs for students unable to pay the full amount upfront.

    The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed within six weeks of submission and are subject to deductions for administrative fees and any outstanding dues.

    Students must complete all formalities including returning books, hostel keys, and other institutional property before finalizing withdrawal proceedings. The refund amount is calculated based on the proportion of semesters completed and adjusted according to the university's financial calendar.
