    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    In case of withdrawal from the program, a refund policy applies:

    • Withdrawal Before First Month: Full refund minus processing charges (Rs. 2,000)
    • Withdrawal Between First and Third Month: Refund of 75% after deducting administrative fees
    • Withdrawal After Third Month: No refund is provided

    All refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal application, subject to verification of documents and compliance with university regulations.
