    Hostel & Mess Charges

Mess charges are calculated based on meal plans selected by students. The billing system operates monthly, with adjustments made for holidays or leave periods. Rebates are available for students who do not require meals during certain months.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available through multiple schemes including:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive full fee waivers with income slabs up to ₹4 lakh annually.
    • EWS Category: Full or partial fee concessions based on annual income below ₹8 lakh.
    • MCM (Maiden Child Migrant): Special provisions for students from economically weaker sections and those migrating from rural areas.

The application process involves submission of relevant documents including caste certificates, income proof, and migration certificates. All applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee to ensure fair distribution of benefits.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made within the first week of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline. Students can make payments online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through bank transfers.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund policies are applied according to university guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of all necessary documents and clearance of dues.
