Detailed Fee Components

Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, laboratory facilities, and access to academic resources. The fee is fixed for each semester and includes all core courses.

Hostel Rent: Charged per semester based on room type. Single occupancy rooms cost more than shared accommodations. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry services, and 24/7 security.

Mess Advance: An advance payment for meals during the semester. The mess charges vary based on meal plans selected by students.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee collected to support student welfare programs, including medical assistance, scholarships, and emergency funds.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided on campus through the university hospital.

Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to sports facilities, fitness centers, and recreational activities.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end examinations and grading.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid online through the university portal or via NEFT/RTGS. Late payments attract a penalty of 10% per month on outstanding amounts.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refunds are processed according to the official refund rules:

• Withdrawal before 30 days: Full refund minus processing charges
• Withdrawal between 30-60 days: 75% refund
• Withdrawal after 60 days: 50% refund

Refunds are credited to the student's bank account within 15 working days of submission of withdrawal forms.
