    Mess billing is calculated based on consumption and includes:

    • Breakfast: INR 30 per meal

    • Dinner: INR 40 per meal

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    We offer financial aid to deserving students through various schemes:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee with nominal hostel charges.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession on tuition fees.

    Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family size, as defined by the government. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents during the admission process.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS transfers. The payment deadline is set for the first week of each semester to avoid late fees.

    Late fees are calculated at 1% per month on outstanding dues if payments are delayed beyond the due date.

    The refund policy allows for partial refunds in cases of withdrawal or transfer, subject to deduction of administrative charges and penalties as applicable.
