    Admission Process

The admission to the B.Tech Agriculture program at Mahaveer University Meerut is conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main or any other recognized national-level entrance examination. The university accepts scores from JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and state-level exams such as UPSEE.

Applicants must complete the online application form available on the official website of Mahaveer University Meerut. The process includes filling in personal details, academic history, category (General, SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, PwD), and uploading required documents like photograph, signature, marksheet, and certificate.

After submission of the application form, candidates must pay the application fee online. Once the payment is confirmed, a receipt is generated, which serves as proof of registration.

Eligible candidates are then invited for counseling based on their performance in the qualifying exam. The counseling process consists of multiple rounds where candidates can express preferences for available seats across different categories and specializations.

    Strategic Advice for Aspirants

To excel in the entrance exams, aspirants should focus on:

    • Regular practice of numerical problems from each subject.
    • Time management during mock tests to simulate exam conditions.
    • Staying updated with current affairs and science news related to agriculture.
    • Using previous year question papers for better understanding of exam pattern.
    • Joining coaching classes or online platforms for structured preparation.

When filling choices during counseling, candidates should prioritize programs based on their interest level and past performance in qualifying exams. It is advisable to keep a backup list of less competitive options to secure admission.
