Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges vary based on room type (single, double, triple). Students can choose between AC and non-AC rooms according to their budget and preferences.

Mess Advance: A monthly mess advance is collected to cover food expenses. The amount is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary and help maintain a supportive campus environment.

Medical Fees: Covers healthcare services provided within the university campus, including consultations, diagnostic tests, and medication.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support extracurricular activities and sports facilities on campus, promoting holistic development among students.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Hostel accommodation at Mahayogi Gorakhnath University is categorized into three types: Single Room (AC), Double Room (AC), and Triple Room (AC). The monthly rent for these rooms ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000, depending on the amenities provided.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly cycle, where students pay an advance amount based on estimated consumption. At the end of each month, the bill is adjusted according to actual usage. Rebates are available for students who consume less than average, ensuring fair pricing.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is available to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The scholarship program offers partial or full waivers based on income slabs:

• SC/ST/PwD Students: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges.
• EWS Students: 50% concession in tuition fee and hostel charges.
• MCM Students: 25% concession in tuition fee and hostel charges.

The application process for financial aid involves submitting necessary documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar card copies. The university evaluates applications based on merit and need to ensure equitable distribution of support.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must complete fee payment within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day beyond the due date. Refunds are processed only in case of withdrawal from the university or transfer to another institution.
