    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • AC Dormitory (Double Occupancy): INR 30,000/month
    • Non-AC Dormitory (Single Occupancy): INR 25,000/month
    • Non-AC Dormitory (Double Occupancy): INR 18,000/month

    The mess billing system operates on a monthly advance basis. Students pay an initial mess charge of INR 15,000 per month, which is deducted from their account upon issuance of the bill. Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of certain meal plans or attend fewer meals during a month.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All fees must be paid by the specified deadline to avoid late penalties:

    • Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within 7 days of registration for each semester.
    • Late Fee Calculation: A penalty of INR 1000 per day is applicable beyond the due date.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only in case of withdrawal or transfer from the university, subject to approval. The refund amount excludes the first and last months' fees and any applicable penalties.
