Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction, laboratory sessions, and access to academic resources. This fee is subject to annual revision based on inflation and infrastructure upgrades.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in air-conditioned dormitories with shared facilities such as bathrooms, common areas, and study spaces. Students are required to pay an advance of one month's rent upon admission.

Mess Advance: Covers the cost of meals for the semester. The mess operates on a monthly billing system, with charges deducted from the advance amount based on actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A small annual contribution that supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary and typically range between Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,000 per semester.

Medical Fees: Covers basic medical services provided by the university's health center, including consultations, diagnostic tests, and minor treatments.

Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to gymnasiums, sports facilities, and recreational activities. These fees support extracurricular activities that promote physical and mental well-being.

Examination Fees: Covers the cost of conducting exams, including proctoring, question paper preparation, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at Malla Reddy University are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Hostels are equipped with air-conditioned rooms, study tables, beds, and wardrobes. Common areas include lounges, reading rooms, and laundry facilities.

Mess charges vary depending on the room type and meal plan selected. Students can choose between standard and premium meal plans, each offering different levels of nutrition and variety. The mess operates under strict hygiene protocols and regularly undergoes inspections to ensure quality standards.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not reside in hostels during certain periods, such as internships or family visits. Applications for rebates must be submitted in advance and approved by the hostel administration.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several financial assistance options to ensure that deserving students can access quality education without financial strain:

    • SC/ST/PwD Concessions: Students belonging to these categories receive a 50% discount on tuition fees. Additional support is available for those with disabilities.
    • EWS Benefits: Eligible students receive a 25% reduction in fees, subject to income criteria verified by the university.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member) Support: Students from minority communities may qualify for partial fee waivers based on their economic background.

Applications for financial aid must be submitted along with supporting documents such as caste certificates, income proofs, and disability certificates. The university reviews these applications annually to ensure continued eligibility.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees are to be paid by the last day of each semester, with late payment attracting a penalty of Rs. 500 per day. Payments can be made through online banking, NEFT, or UPI transfers. The university does not accept cash payments for tuition fees.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students must submit an application to the administration within one week of notification. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and outstanding dues. The refund process typically takes 15-20 working days to complete.
