    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    Payment Deadlines

    • Fourth Semester: 15th January

    Late Fee Calculations

    A late fee of ₹1,000 per day is applicable for delayed payments beyond the deadline. Payments made after one month are subject to additional penalties as determined by the university authorities.

    Refund Rules

    If a student withdraws from the university before completing one semester, the following refund policy applies:

    • Withdrawal Before Completion of First Semester: 50% refund on tuition fees
    • Withdrawal After Completion of First Semester: No refund will be processed
    • Withdrawal During Mid-Term: Refund based on prorated amount

    The refund process begins within 30 days of withdrawal and includes verification of documents and financial records.
