    Fee Components Explained

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, infrastructure maintenance, and academic resources. The fee is fixed for the entire duration of the program.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted dormitories with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi access.

Mess Advance: A one-time payment covering meals for the semester. The advance amount is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of the term.

Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies through grants and assistance programs.

Medical Fees: Covers access to on-campus medical facilities, basic health checkups, and emergency care services.

Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to sports facilities, gymnasiums, and recreational activities for physical wellness.

Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting end-of-semester examinations and grading procedures.

Other Charges: Includes miscellaneous expenses such as library fees, event participation fees, and administrative overheads.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers three types of rooms: Single Occupancy (₹12,000/month), Double Occupancy (₹8,000/month), and Triple Occupancy (₹6,000/month). Each room comes with essential furniture and internet connectivity.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pay a fixed advance amount for meals. At the end of the month, the actual consumption is calculated, and any excess or deficit is adjusted accordingly. Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of mess services or reside off-campus during specific periods.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Eligibility criteria for fee waivers and concessions vary by category:

    • SC/ST/PwD: 100% waiver on tuition fee with partial concession on hostel rent.
    • EWS: 50% concession on tuition fee and full concession on hostel rent.
    • MCM: 25% concession on tuition fee and hostel rent.

Income slabs for eligibility are as follows:

    • Below ₹3 lakh/year: Full waiver
    • ₹3-5 lakh/year: Partial concession
    • Above ₹5 lakh/year: No concession

The application process involves submitting a completed form along with supporting documents such as income certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and disability certificate (for PwD students). The university reviews applications annually and grants assistance based on verified information.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made before the start of each semester through net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until cleared.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal within 10 days: Full refund minus processing fees
    • Withdrawal between 10-30 days: Refund of 80% after deducting administrative charges
    • Withdrawal beyond 30 days: No refund

The official refund process takes approximately 45 working days to complete after the withdrawal request is approved.
