Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to classroom instruction, faculty resources, and academic materials. It is subject to annual revision based on inflation and educational enhancements.

Hostel Rent: Accommodation is provided in well-furnished rooms with shared facilities. Single occupancy rooms are available at an additional cost.

Mess Advance: This covers the initial charges for meals during the first week of each semester, which are later adjusted against actual consumption.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal contribution towards student welfare and extracurricular activities.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided on campus through the university's medical center.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports sports and physical fitness initiatives within the campus.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers various hostel accommodation options, including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. Each room is equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.

Mess charges are calculated on a monthly basis based on the number of days attended. Students can opt for daily meal plans or weekly subscriptions. The mess menu includes nutritious vegetarian options, ensuring balanced nutrition for all students.

Rebate policies are applicable for students who attend fewer than 20 days in a month due to illness or other reasons. Additionally, students from economically weaker sections may receive partial rebates on hostel rent and mess charges.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university provides various financial aid options for deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Concession: Eligible students receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and full exemption from hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections are granted a 25% concession on tuition fees.
    • MCM (Minority Community): A 10% discount on tuition fees is offered to students from minority communities.

Application for fee concessions requires submission of relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates. The process involves verification by the financial aid committee and approval from the university authorities.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students must complete fee payment within the stipulated deadline to avoid late fees and penalties. Payments can be made through online banking, net banking, or debit/credit cards via the university's official portal.

For late payments, a fixed late fee of Rs. 500 per day is applicable until full payment is received. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the program and after verification of documents by the finance department.

The refund policy ensures that students receive their fees within 30 working days of submission of withdrawal forms, provided all dues are cleared and no academic penalties apply.
