    Hostel & Mess Charges

    • Single Occupancy Room: ₹30,000 per year (inclusive of utilities and internet)
    • Double Occupancy Room: ₹25,000 per year
    • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹20,000 per year

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% fee waiver based on valid documentation.
    • EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% fee concession upon submission of income certificates.
    • MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): These students are entitled to a 75% fee concession based on verified documents.
    • Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per annum are awarded to top-performing students in each semester.

    To apply for these financial aids, students must submit the required documents along with their application forms. The university's finance department reviews applications and disburses benefits accordingly.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    All payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the university's designated account. Payments are strictly due by the specified deadlines, which are communicated via email notifications.

    • Late Fee: A late fee of ₹500 per day is charged for delayed payments beyond the deadline.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the university. The refund amount excludes the first-year tuition fee and hostel rent, which are non-refundable.
