The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis with an advance payment of ₹15,000 per semester. Students can choose from multiple meal options, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Any excess or deficit in the advance amount is adjusted at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides several financial assistance programs to ensure that deserving students can pursue their education without financial strain:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% fee waiver based on valid documentation.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% fee concession upon submission of income certificates.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): These students are entitled to a 75% fee concession based on verified documents.
• Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per annum are awarded to top-performing students in each semester.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the university's designated account. Payments are strictly due by the specified deadlines, which are communicated via email notifications.

• Late Fee: A late fee of ₹500 per day is charged for delayed payments beyond the deadline.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal from the university. The refund amount excludes the first-year tuition fee and hostel rent, which are non-refundable.
