Fee Structure

The total fee for the LLB program at Mata Gujri University Kishangunj is ₹1,50,000 per annum. This includes all mandatory fees and charges for the duration of the program.

Fee Components Explanation

1. Tuition Fee: Covers the cost of instruction and academic resources provided by the university.
2. Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted dormitories with shared facilities.
3. Mess Advance: An upfront payment for meals during the semester, adjusted at the end of the term.

Hostel & Mess Charges

• Triple Occupancy Room: ₹10,000 per semester

Mess charges are fixed at ₹5,000 per semester and include meals for 30 days. Students can opt for daily meal plans if needed.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance programs:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% fee waiver based on income slabs below ₹2 lakh per annum.
• EWS Category: 50% fee concession for families with an annual income between ₹2-5 lakh.
• MCM (Meritorious Candidate Merit): Full fee waiver for top performers in NEET/JEE Main with a rank below 1000.

Applications for fee concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents like income certificates and caste certificates.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI. The payment deadline is the first week of each semester.

Late fees are calculated at 5% per month on unpaid balances. Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the university, subject to a processing fee of ₹2,000 and adherence to refund policies outlined in the student handbook.
