    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers several types of hostel rooms to accommodate different preferences and budgets. Rooms are categorized as single, double, triple, and quad occupancy, each equipped with basic amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.

Mess billing is managed through an online portal where students can view their monthly consumption, make advance payments, and track refunds. The mess offers diverse menu options including vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, catering to various dietary needs and preferences.

Rebate policies are in place for students who do not consume meals during certain periods, such as holidays or leave days. These rebates ensure fair compensation and reduce financial burden on students.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides various financial assistance options to support deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% concession on hostel rent.
    • EWS Category: Full waiver on tuition fees and a 30% concession on hostel rent.
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): A 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 20% concession on hostel rent.

Eligibility for these concessions is determined based on income slabs and caste certificates. Students must submit relevant documentation during the admission process or upon request from the finance office.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through online portals using credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI transfers. The university also accepts cheques and demand drafts for installment payments.

Late fees are applicable for overdue payments beyond the due date, calculated at 1% per month on the outstanding amount. Students must adhere to strict deadlines to avoid penalties.

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy is as follows:

    • Full refund if withdrawn before the start of the semester.
    • Refund of 70% if withdrawn within one month of the semester start.
    • No refund after one month of enrollment.

The university ensures transparency and fairness in all financial transactions, providing detailed receipts and statements for every payment made by students or their guardians.
