    Hostel & Mess Charges

The institute offers multiple hostel options catering to different preferences and budgets. Hostel rooms are categorized into single, double, triple, and quad occupancy types, each equipped with essential amenities like beds, study tables, wardrobes, and internet connectivity.

Mess charges are calculated monthly based on actual consumption, with a fixed advance amount paid at the beginning of the month. The mess menu includes a variety of vegetarian dishes, ensuring nutritional balance and dietary diversity. Special arrangements are made for students with specific dietary requirements such as lactose intolerance or religious restrictions.

Rebate policies apply to students who have valid reasons such as medical leave, participation in national-level competitions, or study abroad programs. Rebates are typically processed based on documentation submitted to the hostel administration office.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institute provides various financial aid options to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and meritorious candidates.

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive full or partial fee waivers based on their category and income level. Income slabs for full waiver are below ₹2 lakh annually, while partial waivers apply to those earning between ₹2-5 lakh per year.
    • EWS Category: Students from EWS backgrounds receive 50% fee concession if their annual income is below ₹3 lakh.
    • MCM (Merit Cum Means): Merit-based scholarships are awarded to students who rank in the top 10% of their batch and have a family income below ₹4 lakh per year.

The application process for fee concessions involves submitting relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and medical reports (if applicable). Applications must be submitted before the start of each semester to ensure timely processing.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments attract a nominal late fee of ₹500 per day until the balance is cleared.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the academic year. Refunds are processed within 60 days after submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation. Deductions include processing fees, hostel charges for the current month, and any outstanding dues.
