    Project-Based Learning Philosophy

At Mohan Babu University Tirupati, project-based learning (PBL) is central to our educational philosophy. PBL encourages students to engage deeply with real-world problems, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. The approach involves sustained inquiry, authentic tasks, and reflection.

The program includes two mandatory projects: a mini-project in the third year and a capstone project in the final year. Mini-projects are typically completed in teams of 3–5 students and last for 8 weeks. They involve research, data collection, and presentation components.

Capstone projects are more extensive, lasting 16 weeks and requiring original research or practical application. Students select their topics in consultation with faculty mentors and must demonstrate mastery of both theoretical concepts and applied skills.

Evaluation criteria include the quality of planning, execution, collaboration, communication, and final outcomes. Projects are assessed by a panel of faculty members and external experts.
