    Fee Components Explained

Tuition Fee: Covers instruction, academic resources, and administrative costs associated with the Law program. This fee is fixed for the entire duration of the course.

Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-managed hostels with shared amenities such as study rooms, Wi-Fi, and security services.

Mess Advance: Paid at the beginning of each semester to cover food expenses. The amount is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of the semester.

Student Benevolent Fund: A nominal fee used for supporting students facing financial hardships and organizing cultural events.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university's medical center.

Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities, sports facilities, and student welfare programs.

Examination Fees: Covers examination-related expenses including proctoring, marking, and result processing.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The university operates several hostels with different room types:

    • Single Occupancy Room: INR 15000/month
    • Double Occupancy Room: INR 12000/month
    • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 10000/month

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students pay an advance of INR 60000 per semester, which is adjusted based on actual consumption at the end of the semester.

Rebate policies are available for students who attend classes regularly. A minimum attendance of 75% is required to qualify for rebates ranging from 10% to 20% depending on the number of days missed.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waiver schemes based on income slabs:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver for tuition and hostel fees
    • EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and 25% on hostel rent
    • MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% concession on tuition fee

Applications for these concessions must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students are required to complete fee payment within the stipulated deadline of 15 days from the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.

The refund policy applies only in cases where a student withdraws before completing one academic year. The refund amount is calculated after deducting administrative charges, hostel fees, and any outstanding dues.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal, subject to verification of documents and compliance with university regulations.
