Hostel & Mess Charges

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees with partial exemption from hostel charges.
• EWS Category: 50% reduction in tuition fees and full waiver of examination fees.
• MCM (Most Backward Class): 25% reduction in total fees and subsidized mess charges.

Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and family composition. Applications for these schemes must be submitted during the admission process or within the first month of the academic year.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Students can make payments online through the university's portal using credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI transfers. Payments must be made by the specified deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program within specific timelines:

• Before 10th day of admission: Full refund minus a nominal processing fee of ₹5,000.
• Between 10th and 30th day: Refund of 80% after deducting processing fees.
• After 30th day: No refunds are granted except in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds are processed within 45 days of submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
