Component Breakdown

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers instruction, laboratory access, and administrative support for the entire duration of the program. It includes costs associated with faculty salaries, infrastructure maintenance, and academic resources.

Hostel Rent: This component covers accommodation in campus hostels. Hostels are equipped with modern amenities including internet connectivity, study rooms, common areas, and security measures. Room types include single, double, and triple occupancy options.

Mess Advance: The mess advance is collected to cover meal expenses for the semester. Students can choose from multiple dining halls offering diverse cuisines and dietary options. The billing system ensures fair pricing and transparency.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary, but all students are encouraged to participate to foster a sense of community and mutual aid.

Medical Fees: Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the institute's medical center. Students have access to general practitioners, emergency care, and preventive health checkups.

Gymkhana Fees: These fees support extracurricular activities, sports events, and cultural programs. Students can participate in various clubs and societies, enhancing their overall college experience.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at Nagaji Institute of Technology and Management Gwalior are designed to provide a comfortable living environment for students. Hostels offer single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with shared bathrooms and common areas. Each room is equipped with essential furniture, internet connectivity, and security systems.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institute offers various financial assistance programs to eligible students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to these categories receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition fees.
• EWS Category: Students from economically weaker sections receive a 50% concession on tuition fees.
• MCM (Migrant Community Member): Migrant community members are entitled to a 75% fee concession on tuition fees.

Eligibility criteria for these concessions are based on income slabs and documentation. Students must submit relevant certificates from government authorities to qualify for financial aid.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments for fees must be made within the stipulated deadlines each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per day until clearance is achieved.

The refund policy applies in cases where students withdraw from the program before completion. Refunds are processed after verification and deduction of applicable charges. The timeline for refunds is typically two months from the date of withdrawal.
