    Fee Components Explanation

The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources including laboratory sessions, lecture halls, and digital libraries. It also includes participation in workshops, seminars, and industry events.

Hostel rent is charged separately for on-campus accommodation, which includes utilities, internet, and maintenance services. The hostel provides single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with varying amenities based on room type.

Mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover food expenses. Students can adjust the advance amount at the end of the semester based on actual consumption.

The Student Benevolent Fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to ensure collective support within the student community.

Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the institute's medical center, including consultations and diagnostic tests for common ailments.

Gymkhana fees contribute to organizing recreational activities, sports events, and fitness programs for students on campus.

Examination fees are collected for each semester's end-of-term exams, covering paper printing, proctoring, and result processing costs.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel facilities at NAGAJI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT GWALIOR offer comfortable living arrangements for students. Rooms are categorized into single, double, and triple occupancy based on availability and preferences.

Single rooms cost Rs. 20,000 per semester, while double and triple rooms are priced at Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 10,000 respectively. All rooms come with basic furniture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and 24-hour security.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pay in advance based on their consumption. Meals are served three times daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner), with options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they are absent from campus for more than 5 days in a month. Additionally, students who complete a full semester without leaving the campus can receive a small rebate as a token of appreciation.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The institute offers several financial aid options to support deserving students:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive full fee waivers upon submission of valid certificates.
    • EWS Category: Eligible students can avail up to 50% fee concession based on family income.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): Students belonging to minority communities receive 25% fee concession if their annual income is below Rs. 1 lakh.

Eligibility criteria for scholarships are determined by the institute's financial aid committee and include academic performance, extracurricular achievements, and socioeconomic background. Applications must be submitted annually with supporting documents such as income certificates, Aadhaar cards, and bank statements.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid online via the institute's portal or through NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated account. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, and late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day after the due date.

If a student withdraws from the program before the completion of the academic year, the refund policy applies based on the number of months completed. Full refunds are granted if withdrawal occurs within the first month of admission; otherwise, deductions are made according to the institute's refund schedule.

Students can request a refund after completing all necessary formalities and clearing dues with the administration office. Refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
