    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

    If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

    • Withdrawal within 10 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
    • Withdrawal between 10-30 days: 75% refund
    • Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund

    Refunds are processed within 45 working days from the date of withdrawal request.
