    Mess Advance (INR 20,000)

    The mess advance covers meals for the entire semester, ensuring that students have uninterrupted access to nutritious food. The advance is refundable at the end of each semester based on actual consumption.

    Student Benevolent Fund (INR 5,000)

    This fund supports students facing financial hardships by providing emergency assistance and scholarships for exceptional academic performance or community service.

    Medical Fees (INR 3,000)

    Medical fees cover access to on-campus health services, including consultations with doctors, diagnostic tests, and emergency care. Students are encouraged to maintain regular check-ups and follow preventive healthcare practices.

    Gymkhana Fees (INR 2,000)

    The gymkhana fee provides access to sports facilities, fitness programs, and recreational activities that promote physical well-being and teamwork among students.

    Examination Fees (INR 1,000)

    These fees cover the cost of conducting semester-end examinations, including grading, result processing, and certificate issuance. Additional charges may apply for re-evaluation or special examination sessions.

    Hostel & Mess Charges

    The university offers various types of hostel rooms to accommodate different preferences and budgets:

    • Single Occupancy Room – INR 60,000 per semester
    • Double Occupancy Room – INR 55,000 per semester
    • Triple Occupancy Room – INR 50,000 per semester

    The mess billing system is straightforward and transparent:

    • Students pay an advance of INR 20,000 at the beginning of each semester.
    • At the end of the semester, the actual consumption is calculated, and any excess or deficit is adjusted accordingly.
    • Rebate policies are available for students who stay in hostels for a full academic year without absences exceeding 15 days.

      Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

      The university offers multiple financial assistance schemes to ensure accessibility and affordability:

      • SC/ST/PwD Category – Eligible students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% concession on hostel rent.
      • EWS Category – Students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees and a 25% concession on hostel rent.
      • MCM (Meritorious Children of Meritorious Parents) – These students receive a 75% waiver on tuition fees and a 30% concession on hostel rent.

      Eligibility criteria for each category are based on income slabs and documented proof of family status. Applications must be submitted during the admission process or through designated portals during the academic year.

      Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

      Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS transfers to the university's official bank account. All transactions are securely processed and verified by the finance department.

      Late fees are charged at 2% per month on outstanding balances after the deadline. Students must ensure timely payment to avoid penalties and maintain academic standing.

      In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

      • Withdrawal before 30 days – Full refund of all fees except examination fees and one-time charges.
      • Withdrawal between 30-60 days – Refund of 80% of tuition fees, 70% of hostel rent, and 50% of mess advance.
      • Withdrawal after 60 days – No refund of tuition fees or hostel rent; only partial refund of mess advance.
