Rebate policies are available for students who attend classes regularly, have no pending dues, and maintain good academic standing. Additional charges may apply for late arrivals, extra guests, or special events organized by the hostel administration.

    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university provides financial assistance to meritorious students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:

    • SC/ST/PwD Category Students: Eligible for 100% fee waiver upon submission of valid certificates.
    • EWS Category Students: Eligible for 50% fee concession based on income slabs below Rs. 8 lakh annually.
    • MCM (Minority Community Members): Eligible for partial concessions depending on eligibility criteria and available funds.

Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, or any other relevant proof. The selection process is conducted by the university's financial aid committee based on merit and need assessment.

    Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fee payments must be made through online channels using secure payment gateways or offline methods like demand drafts or bank transfers. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees calculated at 2% per month beyond the due date.

If a student withdraws from the program before completion, the refund policy applies based on the following conditions:

    • Withdrawal within first two weeks: Full refund minus administrative charges
    • Withdrawal between second and fourth week: 50% refund minus administrative charges
    • Withdrawal after fourth week: No refund is applicable

Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal approval, subject to verification of documents and clearance of dues. Students must ensure that all pending fees, library books, hostel accommodation, and other liabilities are settled before initiating the refund process.
