    Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

    Eligibility Criteria

    • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver on tuition and hostel charges.
    • EWS Category: Economically Weaker Section students with an annual income below ₹8 lakh are eligible for a 25% fee concession.

    Refund Policy

    If a student withdraws from the university, the refund process is handled as follows:

    • Withdrawal Before 1 Month: No refund will be processed
    • Withdrawal Between 1-3 Months: Refund of tuition fee minus administrative charges (INR 20,000)
    • Withdrawal After 3 Months: Refund of tuition fee minus a processing fee of INR 5000

    All refunds are processed within 45 working days after the withdrawal request is approved. Students must submit an official withdrawal letter and supporting documents to initiate the refund process.
