Fee Structure Overview

The total fee structure for the 4-year B.Tech in Physiotherapy program at Nims University Jaipur is approximately 10,48,000 INR. This includes all components necessary for a comprehensive educational experience, from academic instruction to hostel accommodation and healthcare services.

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers access to high-quality instruction, laboratory facilities, library resources, and digital learning platforms. It is designed to ensure that students receive up-to-date education aligned with global standards in physiotherapy.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for 50% reduction in tuition fees. Income slabs below 2 lakh per annum qualify for additional concessions.

EWS Category: Economically Weaker Section students with family income below 3 lakh per annum receive a 25% discount on tuition fees.

MCM (Meritorious Class Merit): Top performers in Class 12th or equivalent examinations are awarded merit-based scholarships ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 INR per semester. These awards are given based on performance in qualifying exams and overall academic record.

Application procedures for financial aid involve submitting relevant documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and academic transcripts. The university evaluates applications annually and disburses benefits accordingly.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated accounts. Late payments attract a penalty of 100 INR per day beyond the due date. Payment deadlines are strictly enforced to ensure smooth administrative processes.

In case of withdrawal from the program, refund procedures are followed according to university guidelines. Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of all required documents and clearance of dues.

Students may also apply for installment payments, subject to approval by the finance department. This option allows flexibility in managing educational expenses while ensuring timely completion of payment obligations.
