Fee Structure

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made through online banking, NEFT/RTGS transfers, or demand drafts drawn in favor of Nims University Jaipur. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per month.

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal before the start of the semester: Full refund minus administrative charges
• Withdrawal within 30 days of commencement: Refund of 90% of paid fees
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund beyond the first month's payment

All refunds are processed within 60 working days from the date of withdrawal.
