Refunds are processed only upon withdrawal from the program, subject to approval by the administration. A refund of 90% of the paid amount is provided if the student leaves before completing one semester. No refunds are issued after the completion of the first semester unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the board.

Students who wish to withdraw must submit a formal application along with necessary documentation and obtain clearance from all relevant departments before the refund process begins.
